Battery has manufacturing defect. Unusable.

Have emailed and texted BatteryHawk about the problem, but, as yet (7 days later), have gotten NO response. So far, my opinion of the company is bad.

Welch- Alllyn otoscope replacement battery.

Contact broke off when inserted in otoscope handle. Tom Maycock [****].

Good support but poor product

The battery sent me looks okay but has a small defect making it unusable. The company is working with me about it.
