Shipping Policy
Batteryhawk, LLC offers Fast and Free Shipping (1-3 days USPS) on all orders except lead acid. If you would like UPS Ground, Express Shipping (1-2 days) or Next Day Air (1 day) Please select the desired shipping service.
All orders made before 1:00 PM EST with expedited shipping are usually shipped that day. Orders using free shipping or standard shipping will ship out the next business day. Please keep this in mind if you are on a short deadline.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days as long as item is returned in acceptable condition (not damaged or broken).
There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns
(does not include faulty items).
