I contacted battery hawk for a replacement battery for my car scanner so I ordered it online they sent it to the wrong address then After about two weeks from when I ordered it, I had been tracking it online, it was already on it’s way back to Florida to their place of business. So I immediately contacted the post office where it was being shipped out, so I could pick it up. The post master says that she’s sorry about that but I can’t pick it up since it’s on it’s way back! So that’s when I contacted battery hawk LLC TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I HAD NOT RECEIVED MY PURCHASE. DO TO THEM PUTTING THE WRONG ADDRESS. Since that’s what I was told by the post master. I go back in forth with some jerk, about who’s mistake it was and how I was not going to receive my money or my purchased item! So all that just to say “FUCK YOU””BATTERY BITCH!”
