    Battery arrived dead and won’t recharge.

    Battery arrived dead and won’t recharge. Leaving town with an alarm system with a dead battery, so I am not happy.

    Battery May Not Be Healthy

    I bought a battery pack from Battery Hawk. I plugged the battery in yesterday and over 24 hours latter the system shows the battery pack may not hold a sufficient charge.
    The shipping/tracking was good. Arrived in good time.

    Dead on arrival!

    I ordered and received this battery. Was dead. I was told it could take 24-48 hours to fully charge-not by seller, but by google search. Why I don’t know. It’s been 72 hours. Had to call the pros. ADT says this battery is dead. So lots of waiting for the battery. Lots of wasted time. And can’t even get a message to them for a refund. Never again! Example of the cheap turns out expensive!
