I did receive the product without a problem. Installed, following instructions from ADT. After setting up the panel date and time, the alert disappeared, as expected. Less than 48 hours after that replacement, the alarm reappeared in the control panel, just like if the battery pack was almost already discharged. I will reach out to customer service and update my review after hearing back.
