I didn't get an answer when I made my initial call. It couldn't have been more than a couple of minutes when I received a return call. We were in need of some battery packs for some emergency lighting. Local vendors said 2 weeks. Battery Hawk had them in the mail within a couple of hours, received a couple of days later.
