I ordered the wrong size battery for our Emergency/Exit lights through Amazon. I called and emailed Battery Hawk directly to inquire about a return and replacement with the correct size needed. Daniel was responsive and extremely helpful with the process. The first order was returned and credited without a hitch and I was guided to the batteries I needed directly from their website. The installer was impressed that they had the right connector and installation was a breeze! We are back to fully functional thanks to Battery Hawk. Great service and quick order fulfilment!
